Terms of Service

Information Is General

The guides, checklists and cost ranges on this website are general information. They are not a diagnosis, a quote or professional advice for your property. Plumbing conditions vary, and only an on-site look can confirm what your house needs.

Cost Ranges Are Not Quotes

Price ranges come from third-party published guides and describe national or regional averages. Your price depends on the job and is confirmed with the plumber.

Phone Calls

Calls to our line may be recorded for quality and training purposes.

Emergencies

If anyone is in danger, or you smell gas, call 911 before calling us. This website is not an emergency alert service.

Service Terms

Service is arranged by phone. Scope, price and timing are agreed with the dispatcher or technician for each job, and the terms of that job apply to the work.

Links and Maps

This site links to government and reference pages and embeds Google Maps. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content.

Changes and Governing Law

We may update these terms, and the date above will change. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
